Industry Roadside Driver Inspection Training Course - Washington, D.C. - July 15-19, 2024

CVSA will hold an industry roadside inspection course on driver requirements June 3-7 in Burbank, California. The focus of the training will be on driver-related roadside regulatory requirements and out-of-service conditions.

This course includes information on regulatory definitions, intrastate vs. interstate operations, commercial driver’s license and driver qualification requirements, hazardous materials, hours-of-service rules, annual and trip inspections on commercial motor vehicles, human trafficking identification and prevention, and the DataQ filing process.

The goal of this training is to provide the motor carrier industry with the tools and knowledge to achieve compliance with the roadside safety regulations and a better understanding of the relationship between regulatory requirements and out-of-service conditions.
