If you are a CVSA-certified inspector interested in becoming certified to conduct Level VI Inspections, CVSA is offering a four-day Level VI Inspection Certification Course.
A Level VI Inspection is a strict inspection standard that must be met for shipments of spent nuclear fuel, high-level radioactive waste and transuranic waste. Only commercial motor vehicle law enforcement personnel specially trained and certified by CVSA may conduct Level VI Inspections.
Students who attend and complete the course and pass the final exam with a score of 90% or above will receive a Level VI Certificate of Proficiency and will be certified and permitted to conduct Level VI Inspections.
